She was born in Sevierville, TN, the daughter of the late Walter and Ellen Delia (nee Henry) Chambers. Hazel was the beloved wife of the late Mike Styranko; loving mother of Joan (Gene, deceased) Frederick, Michael Styranko Jr. (Jerry Clark), Douglas (Toni Fanara-Styranko, surviving) Styranko and Lisa (Alvin) Hess; cherished grandmother of April Frederick-Dennis, Jozlynn Styranko and Ricky Fanara and great-grandmother of Cheyenne Frederick, David Dennis and Elijah Santiago; dear sister of Dora Grace and the late Anna Mae, Sandra Lynn, Dorothy, Barbara Jane, Mildred, Roger, Edward, and Floyd; adored aunt of many.
Her family was everything to her and she loved the time together and the many memories they created. She will be dearly missed.
