He attended Cleveland Public Schools. Howard worked for Arco Heating and Air Conditioning, until his health failed.
In his past time he enjoyed listening to music, watching movies and playing horse shoes with friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Tommie Sam Seals.
He leaves to cherish his memory beloved mother Betty Jean Walker, sister Gloria (Darryl) Dotson, niece and nephew, Candice and Jason Motley, 3 great nieces and 2 great nephews, other relatives and several friends.
