Jeffrey L. Grammes, "Toots", 51. Dearly beloved husband, of Cleveland Police Officer and US Navy Veteran, Jacquelyn M. Grammes (nee Meaney). Devoted son of Lenny and Kathy (nee Burkhardt) Grammes. Loving brother of Jen (Seth) Zaremba, Katie Dieter, and Meg (Justin) Eisenaugle. Dearest uncle, cousin, and friend of many. Jeff lived life to the fullest. He was always there to lend a helping hand, tell a joke, or be a shoulder to lean on in his late night garage sessions. He absolutely loved all animals (especially skunks, cats, and dogs), things car and motorcycle related, action movies, traveling (especially to New Orleans for Mardi Gras!), and trying new restaurants with his beautiful wife and best friend Jackie. Visitation Monday, April 7, 2025, from 3 - 8pm at Craciun Berry Funeral Home, 7200 Detroit Ave., Cleveland, Ohio. Funeral Service 10am Tuesday at Funeral Home. Burial at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Family suggests contributions may be made in Jeff's name to City Dogs animal shelter and/or the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo.
