My thoughts and prayers are with you Eddie and your family at this time.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

 Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
 Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
 That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
 God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

 It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

 God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not  be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

To my first and one of my best childhood friends. Wanda, I was blessed when your mom started babysitting me at the age of three, but didn't know at that tender age that I would also gain a best friend. I have thought of you often these many years since that time and thought how wonderful it would be if we could spend time together again. Your mom loved you, your husband and all her grandchildren so much! I know that because of the way she spoke about her family whenever I saw her. These updates were accompanied by the many pictures she carried with her. She was a very special person and I will miss her so much! I look forward to the time when I will see her again but in perfect health. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Dearest Wanda, I am so sorry for your lost. Wish I could be there for you and the family . I know first hand how hard it is to lose Mom. I remember when we was kids and staying the night at your house and your mom was always asking us questions on what we did for the day and always trying to feed us.. My Mother loved your mom no matter what. I loved your mom as well. She was different and hard on her girls only because she wanted nothing more then the best for her children. You truly had a special mom in my eyes. She's up there in heaven with my mom together, watching over all of us, and probability talking about how much trouble we would get in to as children, lol but proud that we have let God be in control in our life's. I love all my family and I truly wish I could be there for you. Heaven gained a supper Angel!

Dear Wanda and Family, 
Your mother always had a smile on her face. She will be missed. She was sweet and kind and as Lydia said, she'd sneak us candy and sweets at the meetings or at her house. She will be missed and always remembered. Can't wait to see her again healthy and happy along with my mother and so many other mothers we've lost. Wanda, I am so sorry for the loss of your mother.  It was a pleasure going grocery shopping for her & cleaning her apartment.  Her beloved Muffin will be lost without her.  I hope he finds a loving home.  My thoughts & prayers are with you & your family.

Dear Wanda,
I have so many fond memories of your Mom growing up. I remembered going to your house as a kid and how sweet your Mom was and she let us eat anything we wanted. I loved her adorable laugh to! I am deeply saddened to hear of her death. I always envied the fact that you had such a sweet Mom and I had lost mine as a child. I'm so happy you got to have her in your life up until now.
