Dear Nancy & Family, 
I' m very sorry to hear of "Bud's" passing. What a wonderful friend and neighbor he was to me and my family. He was a fun loving big hearted soul always willing to help . He was also an excellent basketball coach and mentor for me and for my friends. I will always be grateful to him for the careful and loving eye he kept on my parents  as they grew older.
May he rest in eternal peace and may God bless you and the rest of your family.

Just heard today from Dave Reichard about Bud's Passing. Please accept by deepest Sympathy and apology. I played ball with him back in the fifties,AND HE WAS ALWAYYS ONE MY FAVORITE FRIENDS.He always called me his Favorite Polak. Please know he will be genuinely missed Sincerely, Dick Sowinski

Salay family,
We were so sad when we heard the news about Mr. Salay. He was always such a happy guy and so fun to be around. From the first time I met him at the Memorial Day picnic, he left a lasting impression as the "life of the party" kinda guy. I'm sure this is a very difficult time for you all, but know that he is in a better place. We will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all in your time of grief.  I am grateful that Mr. Salay had a part in so many of my childhood memories.  Cedar Point, sleepovers, picnics, sporting events, and many more.  One of my favorite memories was him kissing me on my forehead whenever he saw me.  He will be missed immensely.
