She was born in Salinas, Puerto Rico, the daughter of the late Eligio Ortiz and Concepcion Valentin Rivera. Judith is the wife of Francisco Rivera Cardona; loving mother of Juan, Jose, Judith, Sandra, David, Ricardo, Edgardo, Jessenia, Juan J., Armando and Luis; cherished grandmother and great-grandmother of many; dear sister of Minita Wanda, Nancy, Buenaventura (Bully), Papo, Drey, Elijio and Jimmy; adored aunt of many.
She was a devoted and loving mother, and a wonderful friend to all who knew her. Her kindness, generosity, and warm spirit made everyone feel welcome and cared for. She found great joy in crocheting and cooking, often sharing her handmade creations and delicious meals with family and friends. She had a special love for flowers and took pride in surrounding herself with their beauty. Her gentle heart and nurturing nature will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all whose lives she touched.
