Hi dad, I’m writing because it’s your birthday today and you would’ve been 63! I’m still celebrating it down here just like we would’ve when you were home, with your favorite Hershey's chocolate pie, some candles and a song. I miss you more than anything.

Here we are 3 years later and it’s still as hard as the first day. I know I talk to you all the time, it’s just hard not to get an answer. You were a man of few words most of the time but any words at all would be better than this. I think you are the only person I could sit in a room with for hours on end and not have to talk just being there was enough. I miss you complaining about my obsession with Disney, we went back for the first time this year since 2019 when  we found out you were sick. It wasn’t the same coming home and not hearing “Why Disney all the time go to Universal”.  

I should have wrote something memorable about you sooner, it’s still hard to think you aren’t here. 

I love you and miss you.

                 I miss you so much I wish that I would of came home that day after school and you would of been there to talk to. I love you so much and I’m sad that, that  I love you I said March 10 was the last one... we all miss you so much that day I woke up and was in a such good mood and had such an amazing day in school but I got picked up and was told the horrible news. I was so heart broken and empty I still am without you. Just thinking about it breaks my heart and I know it took me until APRIL 17 to write this but I was just so sad. I hope that your resting in  paradise  I love you dad

Larry was one of the most genuine people I knew, always treated people right, couldn't ask for a better friend and person. He would give you the shirt off his back if you asked him, couldn't tell you many times if he knew someone needed something and it was laying around , he would tell you to just come and get it. Not enough people like that left in the world today. You were like a brother, and we will miss you.                                    God bless you, and rest in.

Vikki and I resided next door to Larry for about 10 years. We all became good friends. I quickly learned that Larry knew a lot about cars. He was always in the back yard of his driveway working on a variety of vehicles at any given time and he helped me out with my van and my Rock City Truck on several occasions. About six years ago, Larry and I got together and wanted to start having outdoor summer parties. We did, so we had live entertainment, lots of food and tons of people showed up. We did this every year for about 5 or 6 years. in 2019, I didn't want to do it anymore. I felt it was just to much for me since I was getting older. Several months ago, Larry started getting getting sick. He recovered and told me he wanted to have "One More" party. 
I was apprehensive, but I agreed. We had our party, it was great and I knew Larry loved it. Sadly, It was to be our LAST,  but I am so happy Larry talked me into doing it again. I will also miss our times hanging out with him and his buddies Steve and Mike in his back yard drinking beers. Overall, Larry was one of the most kindhearted, generous, giving people I had ever known. He was always there when you needed something. He was the best neighbor anyone could ever have. I will truly miss you Larry and I hope GOD Almighty embraces you on your journey through the afterlife. GOD bless you my friend!

Larry was like a second father to my son . my son lived half at larrys and half at home . same for little larry . he live at both houses him and tommy was best freinds for years .he was a great man . always kind hearted .

Larry was a great person with a heart of gold. He will be missed.
