Sylvia Rucker (Mom), Roosevelt Roscoe (Dad), and Christopher Hall

(Stepfather).

La’Toya well known as "Toya" and the oldest of Sylvia's four children.

Toya was a beautiful, quiet, and full of Joy every time you seen her. She

loved cooking, doing hair, listening to music, and being around family. Toya

graduated from Collinwood High School in 2007. That following year she

gave birth to her first born Laxus Rucker, along came Laurel Rucker in

2013 and in 2014 Leon Robinson B Jr. was born, all to their Father Leon

Robinson B Sr.

Toya loved her 3 children dearly and would do anything for them. She has

many of friends but her closest friend was her sister Bianca Rucker Hall.

Every time you seen Toya you seen Bianca; they were like white on rice.

On June 5, 2019 Toya checked herself into Cleveland Clinic emergency

Hospital for what she thought was an allergic reaction to hair she installed.

June 7, 2019 Toya was diagnosed with Steven Johnson Syndrome, which is

a skin disease, caused by an allergic reaction to medication.

June 13, 2019 LaToya Odell Rucker departed this earth at 5:30am at Metro

Hospital. Toya leaves her precious memories to her three beloved children,

Laxus and Laurel Rucker, and Leon Robinson B Jr.; (Mom) Sylvia Rucker,

(Dad) Roosevelt Roscoe, and (Stepfather) Christopher Hall; (Sisters)

Bianca Rucker Hall and Danyell Rucker; (Brothers) Braxton and Darian

Hall; (Niece) Zsamara Hall; (Nephews) Carmello, Jordan, and Tristian

Hall; (Aunts) Tamara D. Rucker (Tam), Alora Sommers (Cent), Darcelle

M. Rucker (Tiny); (Uncles) William A. Rucker Jr. (Alvin), Darnell Shields

Rucker, Mahammad J. Rucker (Jamal); along with a host of cousins and

friends.
