Honoring Her Life
Born on November 26th, 1972, P.J. has always had an ever-loving heart for those around her, she has been known for helping those in need, whether it be a friend, family member or even a stray animal in the neighborhood. She knew what suffering was and never wanted those around her to suffer. Alongside that huge heart came a free spirit with a feisty demeanor and resilient strong will. Those who knew her knew she had the ability to handle any obstacles in her way. P.J. was known for her unwavering love for family, friends, and her animals. Throughout her life, P.J. demonstrated resilience, compassion, and a steadfast spirit. Whether lending a helping hand or offering a comforting word, P.J. made those around her feel valued and loved. P.J was born in Cherry Point, N.C. and moved to the west side of Cleveland at an early age, she grew up in the tight knit community of W.130th St., she made several lifelong friends at an early age and loved reminiscing about the old neighborhood. She loved cheerleading and playing softball. As a teenager, she moved to Cleveland Heights and attended Cleveland Heights High School. As she gained her independence, she had a successful career in owning her own cleaning business in the Cleveland area and helped many of those who could no longer clean for themselves. This gave her the greatest sense of accomplishment that we could all witness. She truly loved working and adored all of her clients.
Family Legacy
She is preceded in death by her mother, Rita Sue Cline of Cleveland, her Grandparents Frank and Norma Jones of Fort Collins, Co and Elmer and Betty Cline of Princeton, W.V. She is survived by her life companion, Ted Ness, of Cleveland, Oh, her father, Bob Jones, Sr (Marlyn) of Green Cove Springs, FL, her brother Bobby Jones, Jr (Megann)of Harrison, Arkansas. Her biological sister Beth Benjamin Jacko (Jason) and nieces, Katie and Miranda Jones of Harrison, Ar. her nephew Cameron Jones (Alex) and her stepfather Larry Candow also of Harrison, Ar. Her support system didn’t end there, she had several aunts and uncles that had dedicated their time and energy to helping her grow and prosper. Bill(Robin), Kenny(Kimi), Lonnie(Cheryl), Johnny(Terry), Debbie, Laura(Ron), Jeff(Mary), Jim(Irene) and Jan, your sacrifices for her wellbeing over the years never went unnoticed or unappreciated. P.J. will be dearly missed by all who have the privilege of knowing her.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of family, friends, and everyone touched by her free spirit and ability to share a laugh even in the toughest of situations.
Memorial
Visitation will be held at Craciun Berry Funeral Home, located at 7200 Detroit Ave, Cleveland, OH, 44102, on October 13, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. All are welcome to join us in honoring P.J.'s life and memories.
