It's been over 4 years since Tommy went home to Jesus and I miss him every minute of every day.  He was my baby brother who thought it was his job to take care of all of us.  He was so much fun, and so full of love, had a heart as big as all outdoors. So generous with his talent and his love. I miss the stories he would tell us and I am so thankful that God put our family together with His own hand.  Love and Miss you so much Tommy.

I remember Tommy and loved him. We used to dance together and win all the Plain Dealer dance contests when we were in school. So sorry he is gone. Such a sweet man.

My deepest sympathy to all of Tom's Family and everyone who touched his life. Tom was my hair stylist when I lived in Lakewood almost 20 years ago. I heard just recently of his passing and I am saddened to hear that he was ill.  May he rest in peace as he was such a great guy and always fun to talk with.  There was never a dull moment when you were around Tom.  He had a heart of gold and was always kind and generous.

I knew of Tommy for many years through my sister Barb but it was only in the last few years that we became friends (Jerry too). Boy, what a ride! So many great memories: New Orleans, The SuperBowl Cruise, 4th of July and Labor Day on the balcony, last minute get-togethers with friends for dinner, happy hours, Halloween, driving around with him in the car, and working with him and Ida at the salon. I was with him when he sat next to a cute little dog with his head poking out of a bag at the airport and decided he wanted one too. We all tried to tell him he didn't need a dog but boy were we wrong! Jacob became one of the best things that ever happened to him and made his last years very happy. I will never forget our Saturdays together, the best times were when we would hang out together with Jacob in the kitchen after dinner watching movies only we thought were good. Often times I'd come home pretty late and my mother would always ask what the heck were we doing for all that time.  I would always tell her we were just hanging out and having fun and that's how I'll always remember him :)

Happy Anniversary, Tommy. I met you for the very first time 35 Years ago today.

Tommy, my baby brother, who thought he was the oldest.  He took care of everyone.  He was a man of tremendous love and generosity.  He loved his family and always showed just how much we meant to him  He did so much for so many.  Some of which we will never know, but God knew and that's all that matters.  I will miss you so much Tommy, the light of our lives and the one who made us always laugh and love to be around you.  Thank you Tommy for all you did throughout you too short life. The people you touched, the way you were with Francis, Paula and Missy, and Ida, your right arm, We will see you again, because we know you are celebrating in Heaven with Jesus, and I can see you dancing around the throne of God, the one you loved the most. Tom, you will be missed so very much.  I always looked forward to my hair cut for the last 30 years.  I figured you cut my hair over 300 times...that's a lot of sitting and sharing of our lives.  You went from hair dresser to friend within minutes of our first meeting.  You did my hair for my wedding; you pierced my daughter Clara's ears when she was 6mo old and did her hair for her prom in 2012. You were patient with my son, Paul, who just wanted a crew cut in his teen years.  We all loved you and will miss your smile and hugs.  "Be good" you would say as we left...you were the "good" to all of us.  May God's light shine on you our dear Tommy.

Tommy was a part of my life for so many years, He was more than the person who cut my hair. He shared his life stories with me & I with him. When my sister died the day before my daughter's wedding, Tom & some of his girls came to my house to do the brides hair, mine, another daughter & help fix some bridesmaids hair that had been done somewhere else. Way in advance Tom told me he would come to my house. I told Tom that we could come to the shop, but he insisted. My sister had a brain tumor for 11years & was bedridden, but for Tommy to come to us gave me peace & calm on an otherwise emotional day. imagine ordering funeral flowers & tommy doing the brides hair in my kitchen @ the same time. Tommy was a bright shining light for all his clients. He would talk to the the person In the chair as well as to the ones waiting. He made us look good. I can't tell you how many compliments I received over his great haircuts. He was a fun loving, spirited soul who will be sorely missed. It was about six weeks ago Tommy cut my hair.We always Tommy a hug when I left. He talked about the testing & how he felt. Even when he did, he still make jokes & we would laugh. I wish I could have hugged him just one more time & told him how much I & my husband John & girls loved him. One Super Bowl Cruise will always go down as a favorite.Tom & his friends & my family all partying together. Tommy's memorial service what can I say. Tears, laughter & Frannie speaking so well about other family memories of Tommy. Missy so brave. I have never been to such a memorial service. What a great send off. Even the minister's comment about Jesus will never have a bad hair day. Dear Ida and all Tom's friends and other family members,
I am so sorry for your loss.  Tom was not just a person who cut my hair, but was interested in everything I and the others who meet with him once a week, or once a month were doing.  He shared his life and we shared ours with him.  It is a great loss to us all,  to know that he will no longer be there to talk about Jacob or listen and comment upon our world as it went around.  His fears are gone and if anyone in heaven needs a good clip he will step right up and do his best.  God love him and each and every one of you as you move on.

I am so sorry to hear about Tommy's passing.  I  went to West Tech with Tommy and Ida.  Tommy was in marching band with me, and we had a blast back  in the day.  Later, I patronized The Total Look, and hung out with both Tommy and Ida.  Although I havent' seen him in years, I have fond memories of our time together remain. Tom, I have no words that can accurately capture the sadness I feel today because of the loss of you. You are and will always be missed by myself and many, many others. I've never known anyone quite like you, Tom,  I was blessed to at least had a small part in your life and you in mine.
