Loving husband to Patricia Michaels. Devoted father to Dwayne (Karen) Michaels of West Salem, Ohio; Nora (William) Cain of Sullivan, Ohio; Cathryn Michaels of Parma Heights, Ohio; Lisa Michaels of Richmond, Michigan and Tina (Gary) of Tennessee. Cherished Grandfather to 19 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Wayne is joining his late parents, William and June Michaels, sisters LaVern Vergile, Charlenn Michaels, and brother Jerry Michaels, grandson Ryan Fuller, great granddaughter Madison Fuller and great grandson, Jacob Graham.
He was married July 2, 1966 and was in the Army from 1964-1967. He worked for 36 years at LTV Steel in Cleveland and liked fishing, baseball, football games and spending time with his family.
A visitation for Wayne will be held Sunday, July 9, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Craciun Berry Funeral Home, 7200 Detroit Ave, Cleveland, Ohio 44102. A Committal Service with Military Honors will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, Ohio 44273, on Thursday July 13, 2023 at 12:15 PM. Please arrive at the cemetery no later than 12:00 PM.
