My life will never be the same.  A part of my soul is with you buddy.  I can't remember a time when we weren't the best of friends.  You have always had my back. 

I am grateful that as a man of faith, I know I will see you again.  

If more people had a friendship like ours, the world would be a much better place.

I met Bill 14 years ago and he was the one who actually interviewed me for my current position that I still hold today. I was scared to death to sit in front of him with 2 others but they all were amazing. From the day of hire, we became friends. Bill was extraordinary and he always made sure to check your brain. He was the teacher of the office. Out of nowhere he would always give you a quiz to see if you knew, but never judged you if you didn't.  He kept us laughing with his jokes that were not funny but because he said them they were.
I will forever miss you Bill, you made a huge impact on me and my children's lives when you said yes to me to be a part of the Board of Revision. 

Thank you for being my friend in the time of need, my truth when I needed to hear it, lastly thank you for always bringing those chocolate chip cookies for us.

Bill will be missed by so many people.  I, along with other BW and Sig Ep classmates had wonderful times throughout the years.  The stories and laughs were numerous and meaningful.  Joan and I offer our deepest condolences to Terry and the rest of the family.

Our dear Billy we are gonna miss you big time! Watch over all of us from heaven we love you!

Bill and I were friends for 50+ years!  Lots of memories and stories about our times at BW and beyond. Always ended our frequent phone calls with “Love you my brother!”

Billy was my father, Oliver W Perry Jr.'s 1st cousin.  They were more like brothers though. Billy was always around, even as I grew into a man.  He was the most successful person I had ever known as a young boy and one of the warmest, family-loving people you'd meet.

Billy gave me a job when I was in high school. He had a cleaning contract with Goodyear on Brookpark Rd. I'd go there after school 3 nights a week to polish the floors. He'd even take me to other companies he had cleaning contracts with, drop me off and pick me up. I wanted to be like him. He was the person who taught me to always have 3 sources of income. When I was 27, Billy was my real estate agent as I bought my first house.

A few years later, I wanted to be an agent like him, so I got my license and he hired me instantly. I worked for Billy at Lake Realty in Rocky River - right when the housing crash happened. He knew it would be unbelievably hard for me to make it as a new unknown agent during that and apologized to me. It wasn't his fault. I sold one house and knew I had to get a regular job or I would go under trying to live off of credit cards.

Billy got cancer years later. I asked him to come to my house and watch a few things about health as I was getting into learning about clean food. He was open-minded. I admired him for his strength, intelligence, and character.  He was so witty, he knew about the world and how to get ahead, but he always made time for his family and extended family.

I never forgot what Billy taught me.  I did what he told me to do.  3 sources of income. 

I saw Billy and Terry January 17th. They came to my show in Georgia. I asked him if he would make time to talk to me about my father, my grandmother I never knew, and fun stories of his life when he came back to Ohio this summer. He said yes. We both looked forward to this so much. I'll always love you and never forget you, Billy. Thank you for being one of my inspirations.
