
Services are at 11 a.m. Saturday at Providence Presbyterian Church in Clinton with visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the church and 10 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson.
Barry was a member and elder of Providence Presbyterian Church in Clinton. He retired in 2001 as a general supervisor for Delphi, formerly Packard Electric. He was a supervisor on the first production line at the Packard plant in Clinton in 1973.
He was a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and proudly served in the Air Force from 1966 until 1970.
Barry was a captain with the Pocahontas Volunteer Fire Department, which he served nearly 25 years. He also enjoyed his 15 years of volunteer work with the U.S. Pony Clubs.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved spending time with his immediate and extended family.Barry was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Blanton Kelly Jr.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Ann; his sons, Ben of Jackson and Alan and wife Heather of Sachse, Texas; his grandson, Conner of Sachse; his mother, Margaret Kelly of Jackson; his sister, Karen Cade, and husband Bill of Clinton; and his beloved brothers- and sisters-in-law, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
