Bernard "Bernie" Curtis

Bernie is survived by his mother, Leona Bidoul; his children, Coleen Zarley and Aaron Curtis; his grandchildren, Strahd and Blade Zarley; the mother of his children, Denise Collins; his sisters, Linda (Roy) Thomas, Denise Russo, Julie (Ronnie) Curtis, Karen Parnell; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Marta Elizabeth; father, George Curtis; step-father, Emil Bidoul; son-in-law, Christopher Zarley; and his beloved dogs, Little Bit and Riley.

Bernie worked for Chrysler before starting his own business. He was a master mechanic and heavy machine builder. Bernie enjoyed racing cars, buying and fixing classic cars.

A memorial visitation for Bernard will be held Sunday, July 14, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm with a 3:30 pm Memorial Service at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd, Clinton Township, MI 48035.
