Cecelia was born in Detroit, Michigan to the late Miron Romaniuk and Irene Romaniuk (Bogdanski). She was a sister to Myron Romaniuk. A loving Mother to Kenneth Pater and Michael Pater. Beloved Grandmother to Alyssa Bain, Joseph Bain, Brandon Cisneros, Ashley Pater, Cameron Pater, Avery Pater, Kylie Pater and Aiden Pater. Aunt to Jeffrey Romaniuk and Jeniffer Romaniuk-Withey. Great Aunt to Cia Withey and Dean Withey. She also had several cousins.
Cecelia is preceded in death by her daughter Sheri Garrison, and her nephew Dean Romaniuk.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, playing bingo and listening to her police scanner. She is greatly missed!
