David Arthur Minchella

David Minchella passed away at his home in Warren on Saturday, May 10th. He is survived by his siblings, Lori (Jake) Kreilach, Linda (Rocco) Messina, Dean (Shelly) Minchella, Michael (Sherri) Minchella, Tony Minchella, Paul (Alicia) Minchella; one of his closest friends, Steven Swank; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and all the many friends made throughout the years. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur; mother, Ann; and sister, Mary.

Dave was a gentle soul with a big sense of humor. He could take even the saddest situations and find a way to make them comical. His quiet and steadfast nature made him a confidante among his many siblings and friends. Dave could be counted on for his advice and witty remarks. He was easy to talk to and always had a way of staying positive, even when the situation was grim.

His family remembers him for his Legendary Fourth of July Pool parties which featured his famous BBQ chicken and sticky sauce, his love or cars, and his immense love for animals, specifically his dogs; Buddy Bailey and his cat, Bear. We know that he is happy to be reunited with them now.

We're grateful that he is reunited with Mom, Dad and Mary- having fun and will be looking down on all of us. We love you Dave.

Private services have taken place.

Interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township, Michigan.
