So very sorry to see that my Cousin Denny has passed away. My sincere sympathy to the family.  He was a great guy with a great smile!  Rest in Peace Denny.  Say Hi to Uncle Ray and Aunt Marie!  Love your cousin, Marlene Pauli Przybylski

I first met Denny in Jr. High, worked with him for awhile with him at the Vette Shop.  We had some great times snowmobiling and his bar-b-ques !  Denny was truly  Mr. Nice Guy !!!

Denny was always a good friend to all.  Always willing to help out. Prayers to Caryl and family.

So sorry to hear this! May you Rest In Peace, my prays are with your family!

“Deuce” was a great man!

Denny will be greatly missed on our horse shoe league. A long time member. A unique knuckle ball throw delivery ,with a horse shoe.!!.  Many beers, laughs, great cook on our fall league when he would sit out. Loved to be around the guys. A class act guy. Will be strange not seeing him at the pits anymore. RIP

Denny and I had a lot in common we both worked on cars for a living, we split wood together, drank beer together, snowmobiled together and just hung out with the neighbors together,Caryl and Denny always came to my parties to help support my kids, our street won’t be the same without him. I hope he and trix are reunited in heaven. RIP my friend.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Dennis...I was raised in the house kitty corner behind their house in Roseville as kids...I saw Dennis at our 40th class reunion and was able to talk to him there...My sincere sympathy to his family...He was a great guy.

It’s hard to choose a single memory of Denny....a great friend for over forty years....besides the love of his cars he loved to karaoke....we had many parties that he would bring his own personal case of his special karaoke songs he’d like to sing...and sing well too...
I want to say how much he will be missed and to offer our sincere condolences to My best friend Caryl and the family...all our love and support are yours at this time of sadness....

He was preceded in death by his brothers Butch and David. Dennis is also survived by many other loving family members and good friends.


He was born in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Clarence W. &amp; Genevieve A (Pauli) Phillips.
