Erwin served in the U.S. Navy in World War II and retired from Morley Candy Makers as President and Chairman of the Board in 1994.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Marilyn, his loving children Cindy (Melvin Latrouno), and Debi; grandchildren Kevin (Tyana) and Paul Misiuda, Danielle White (Sean Lubick); 2 great-grandchildren Sidney and Avery. Also survived by his brother Tom (Helen), many adoring nieces and nephews. Also special caregivers Julie, Cindy, Tammy and Denis. Predeceased by his wife Ruth Sister Grace Petz and grandson,
Christopher White.
Visitation Sunday, July 6, 2014 from 3:00pm to 9:00pm with a Rosary at 6pm at Kaul Funeral Home 35201 Garfield, Clinton Township, Michigan. Instate on Monday, July 7, 2014 at 1:00pm until time of Mass at 1:30pm at St. Hubert Catholic Church 38775 Prentiss, Harrison Township, Michigan.
