Jerry A. Burris, age 75 of Sterling Heights, Michigan, passed away on January 26, 2022. He is the beloved husband for almost 50 yeasrs of Debbie Burris; Loving father of Teresa Turner (Robin) and Michael Shane Burris; Treasured grandfather of Blair Turner and Jean Turner; Dear brother of Judy Bryner, Nancy Jordan, and Roger Burris. He is preceded in death by his parents, Virginia and Gerald Burris and his brother, Eddie Schwartz.
Jerry will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He was a proud United States Air Force veteran who service his county with honor. He loved his family and was particularly proud of his two granddaughters. Jerry loved to joke and laugh and had many friends. Most of all, Jerry loved to dance, and did western square dancing with his wife for 45 years, and was part of the Tom Kats Squaredance club.
Services to be held at a later time. Final resting place, Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
