Dear Family,   I think we will all remember Jerry for his big, genuine smile.  Although our family gatherings were few and far between, I will always cherish the memories we made.  You will be missed at those gatherings Jerry.  I will hold in my heart the thought of you and all of our other family members who have past, together and smiling once again. What I remember most about you, dear nephew, was your courage in battling cancer and alcoholism and your continual devotion to your parents.  When you set out to do anything, it was perfection.

I got to know Jerry as a youth when we hunted and fished together.
We connected  again when he was  about  40 years old when We went on a 5 day canoe trip in the BWCA  in Minnesota. 

He was a super strong young man and after talking to him I knew how devoted he was to his Dad. 

You were a great nephew  Jerry.   I will miss you.

We sure had some great nights some years ago on Wednesdays. You will be missed, I hope the pain is gone now. We all do the best we can and sometimes the best we can seems insufficient. Dear Lord, please have Mercy on my friend and hold his Family close to you in this trying time. I did not get to meet the rest of you but I am very sorry for your loss now. You will be in my Prayers.

I would like to send my condolences to all of the Gelineau Family. There is alot of memories as kids I remember growing up on Spitzley, and Tom. Sorry for your loss. I lost my sister Lu Ann and parents a few years back. Its rough.

Jerry gave me a bush trimmer when he saw me struggling to edge my bushes. Wish I could have offered him something to help with his struggles in life.  So sorry, man. 

Jerry, when we walked I always say “ let me hold your hand” then I’d joke,” what’s left of it”, and we’d laugh, when you lost those fingers, I cried, but realized it was only part of you, and I had all the rest of you, now I have lost all of you, and the tears won’t stop, Jerry I still want to hold your hand . Love you always 

Jerry, 
You were such a beautiful soul and it hurts me deeply that you were in so much pain.  God please forgive Jerry and receive him with open arms.  He was such a giving and selfless person during his time here on earth.  He was a wonderful caregiver to both my Mother & Father; he made both of their end of life that much better.  I pray for eternal peace for you my sweet brother and that you are in heaven with Mom and Dad.  My heart aches and has a huge hole that will never be filled.  Be at peace now. Love you always.

Jerry, I have known you since 1984 on so many levels. You always have had the biggest heart and would drop anything to help another in need. You were so full of love and you gave more than you took in this life. Extremely honored to have had you as a friend all these years. Miss you and Love you! You will never be forgotten!

Met you in 6th grade Jerry. Both of us on the same football, basketball and track teams while in Middle School. Watching  you doing back flips off the high drive in 8th grade. Going to the high school sporting events to see your brothers Richard & Tom complete. Going to high school together and seeing you place 4th in the State Tournament your junior year in wrestling. 
But what I remember most about you Jerry, is how you treated people and how everyone Loved you! You were Admired Jerry.
I Shall miss you at this years Clintondale Golf Outing. Your name with be Meantioned often.

My favorite memory of Uncle Jerry will always be doing back flips together in Grandma and Grandpas back yard. We always had so much fun. He had a great sense of humor and a huge heart. He will be missed greatly.
