He was a resident of Clinton Township, Michigan. John proudly served in the United States Navy for 21 years. He was a loving and devoted grandfather.
John is survived by his children, John II, Glenn, Michael (Denise); his step-children, Angela (Darren), Kenny (Barbara), Tom (Lisa), John; his grandchildren, Cheri, Nadine (Mesa), Nichole (Jacob), Allison (Nick), Natalie (James), Jenna (John); great-grandchildren, emily, Odin,Sophia, Nicolai, Naomi, Natalisse, James, Jack, Jameson; his siblings, Thomas (Connie), Daniel (Pamela), James (Mary); several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Doris; and the mother of his children, Jean.
Inurnment with Military Honors will be April 18th at Noon at Resurrection Cemetery, 18201 Clinton River Rd, Clinton Township, MI 48038.
