Lawrence Arthur Evert

Lawrence "Larry" Arthur Evert, of Clinton Twp., Michigan, passed away on May 21, 2019, at 77 years of age. Beloved husband of Kathleen for 53 years; devoted father of Lisa (Michael) Bazzoni, Mary (Christopher) Morgret, and Mark (Kristen) Evert; proud grandfather of Tyler Evert, Maddie Morgret, Gabby Morgret, Ted Evert, Josie Morgret, Jack Morgret, Sam Evert, Maggie Evert, and Matthew Bazzoni; dear brother of the late Ronald Evert, the late Margaret Hepp, and the late Harold Evert.

Larry was born on July 12, 1941 in Buffalo, New York to the late Erwin and Stella Evert. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy and retired from General Motors after 35 years of employment. Larry was a 3rd Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus.

The family will greet friends from 3:00pm-8:00pm with a 7:00pm Rosary and Knights of Columbus Service on Friday, May 24 at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd., Clinton Twp., Michigan. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:00am on Saturday, May 25 at St. Paul of Tarsus Catholic Church, 41300 Romeo Plank, Clinton Twp., Michigan. Entombment will take place on Wednesday, May 29 at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Kenmore, New York.
