Marietta was the beloved wife of the late John Bojanowski and a devoted mother to Sheryl (Frank) Sesto, Jerry (Khalood) Bojanowski, and Janice (Bryan) Bartneck. She was a cherished grandmother to Angelina, Fallon, BrieAnne, Diana, JoJo, Brandon, and Julie, and a loving great-grandmother to Layla, Frankie, Carson, John, Aurora, Peyton, Lucy, Enzo, Gino, Calvin, Addison, Ava and Alexa. She was the dear sister of Nick (Sue) Cappuso, and Anthony (Shirley) Cappuso.
Marietta’s greatest passion in life was music. She proudly called herself an entertainer and found great joy in playing the organ and piano and singing. She generously shared her talents by performing at senior centers, where her music brought happiness and comfort to many. Marietta also had a well-known sweet tooth, especially for ice cream.
Above all else, Marietta loved her family more than anything in the world. Her warmth, talent, and loving spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held at Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes Road in Clinton Township, on Friday, January 2, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
An In State will take place at St Hubert's Catholic Church, located at 38775 Prentiss Street in Harrison Township on Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 10:00 until the time of the Funeral Mass at 11:00 am.
