Michael retired from Ford after working there for nearly 40 years. He was an avid sports fan; specifically the Detroit Tigers, Detroit Lions, and Michigan State University. In high school Michael lettered in basketball and also lettered as the quarterback in football. He also enjoyed bowling and golf in his adult years. Michael was a foodie and loved trying and cooking new dishes. He enjoyed family dinners and game nights. He will be greatly missed.
Michael is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Geri; their children, Kelly Lucido, Michael (Marcella) Lucido, Steven (Joni) Lucido, Kim (Larry) Walters; a son-in-law, Rick Jones; 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; his siblings, Nona (Nick) Pica, Sam (Sharonne) Lucido; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his siblings, Mamie Louzon, Kitty (Joe) Rea; and a daughter Kathy Jones.
A memorial visitation for Michael will be held Saturday, February 4, 2023 from 3pm to 8pm with a 6pm Memorial Service at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd, Clinton Township, MI 48035.
