Ronald Kozak, "Rocky" age 80, died June 26, 2021. Korean War Vet. Beloved husband of Jeanette (Jan) for 56 years. Also survived by sisters Loretta Verdaglio and Diane Marleau. In death he is rejoined with his brothers Frank, Larry and Bobby. As well as his parents, George and Marie Kozak and Granny Bear.
His working career took him from working in cement to the railroad to TACOM to working in Hospital Maintenance. He enjoyed hunting up north with friends. He was very handy and used his carpentry skills to remodel the house multiple times over the years. In addition to helping out family and friends. Although his exterior was tough, if you ever needed anything from Rocky just ask Jan and she’d make it happen! He lived life his way with his soul mate Jan and will be missed by all!
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 from 4 to 8pm at Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes Road in Clinton Township. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at 10:30am at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 12311 Nineteen Mile Road in Sterling Heights. Friends may visit the church beginning at 10am.
