Dear Sharon, I have always loved you from the first time we met. We were the two oldest grandchildren of wonderful grandparents and parents. Our lives were lived in different states but every summer we met and had such fun. Walking down to the Chicken Shack on Harper and getting fries and Pepsi, riding around in your T-bird convertible, going down to the amusement park on Jefferson and just hanging out at your house. Goodbye sweet cousin. You were the best.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

We were so sorry to hear about Sharon's passing. We have many fond memories of dining together at Gowanie and I will always treasure our times together on the golf course.

Sharon and I spent our childhood growing up together on Cedar. My family lived next door. SO I had the pleasure of showing her the Christmas presents her parents stored at our house and she did the same for me.  I am so sad to hear of her passing and so disappointed that I did not make it back up to Michigan to reconnect with her. We all think there is plenty of time. Please know that she was loved and remembered by many people some of your family has not met. My heart breaks for all you of she will be greatly missed in this world.

Missy ~ I cannot even begin to express how sorry I am about your mom's passing.  I have such fond (and fun!!!) memories with you and her:  spending the night at your house; having her judge our dives off the poles into the canal;  doing gymnastics in your backyard with her watching us;  helping sandbag their house from the floods.  I can still hear her voice saying "Oh Melissa....".  The pride she had in you and Jenny was so apparent.  I remember running in to her at a party store years ago and she told me that you had just had Thomas - she was so proud to be a grandma again!  She was digging in her purse for pictures of Brooke and Thomas :-)

I wish you strength to get through the days, weeks, months ahead.  Know that she will always be with you.   My thoughts and prayers are with all of you...
