William J. McInnis, 78, passed into the loving arms of his Maker on April 5, 2021 after a brief illness with Covid.

He was preceded in death by his parents (William F. & Helena T. McInnis) and his youngest daughter (Lori A. Halt).

“Bill”, “Mac” is survived by his wife, Leola (“Lee”) McInnis, 2 daughters, 9 grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren, 2 sisters, a brother, 2 nieces, and 2 nephews.

He enjoyed his charitable work with Special Olympics, was an original member of Vic Wertz’s Warriors, an active member of American Legion Post #4, Amvets Post M-29, Eagles #964, Elks #2124, Knights of Columbus #744 and Loyal Order of Moose #2495.

A Memorial mass is being held June 19, 2021 @ 11am in St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Mt. Clemens.
