Barbara Ferne Adkison

Barbara Ferne Adkison. a cherished resident of Fresno, California, passed away on October 7, 2025, at the age of 91. Born on December 23, 1933, in Novinger, Missouri, Barbara lived a full and meaningful life.

Barbara is survived by her brother Larron Dale Brownell (his wife LaReye Brownell), and sister Ellen L. Brownell. She also leaves behind her beloved nieces , Melissia L. Sella, Jennifer D. Allen, Eva Hoggan and Jackie Wheeler, grand nephews Christopher, Jeremey, and Anthony Sella.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Hinds Life Care, located at 2490 W Shaw Ave., #101, Fresno, CA 93711.

Barbara will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.
