Barbie, had such a compassionate heart, and was the ipitimy of unconditional love and forgiveness. The conversations we shared, primarily centered around her son Glen, daughter Megan, and her granddaughters Jade and Emma. Barbie did talk about her other family members, however, her children (daughter in law) and granddaughters were the highlights of her life. 
Not a day passes in which I do not think about my dear friend and miss her from the depths of my heart. 
God bless you dear Barbie, I pray you are at peace, and that God's love, comfort and compassion hold you near. May your family receive the love,  comfort, peace and protections you had always prayed for (God to provide). Love you always my dear friend,  Kelley

Barbie and I shared so many adventures in life! Barbie and I worked together at Sierra Hospital in Fresno, CA for many years. Barbie was so much fun at work! She was a very hard worker in surgery and recovery room. Her personality lit up the room, and kept all of us in joy and laughter at work!
Barbie was responsible for  introducing me to country western music, and going to Jims Place in Clovis. We were named the Jims twins! Barbie met Tommy...he played guitar with the band...and she was in love again! We had so much fun in that little country place with friends...and dancing!
Our children were the same age, so we made Disneyland day trips frequently, along with Bass Lake, and so many adventures!
The last week of my best friends life went too fast. And now I am left with my memories of our good times over the 30 years we were friends. I miss you Barbie. I will see you in heaven, and we will dance with joy once again! 


I had a shock at Christmas when a friend from high school whom I had not seen in a long while came over and told me Barbie had passed away. At first I didn't beleive it could be true.  I am beyond sad over this! Barbie and I were very close through our high school years , very close. I loved her like a sister and I  remember going to the mountains with her mom and step-dad when we were teens , oh gosh the fun we had together ! In fact, she was  married for a while to my brother-in-law Lyndel Head , I was once married to Lyndel's brother Steve. But the years have a way of going  by , I moved away and had not seen Barbie in several years but I will always remember your laugh Barbie, it was a devilish laugh  and I can't beleive you are gone. Even though the years saw our paths part, I hold you now and always fondly in my heart. You were my Barbie Lamb with a daring spirit and a beauty that radiated from the inside out. Until we meet on  the other side Barbie   I send my love to you and prayers and condolensences  to all of your family  Susie Emerzian 

I worked with Barbie for several years at CDPH. Barbie was the office organizer for celebrations for happy occasions and for fund raising and sympathy when people where in need. She had a kind heart and treated everyone with respect and thoughtfulness. She will be missed terribly. My sincere condolences to Barbie’s family. Please take comfort in the knowledge that Barbie was appreciated and loved by so many.  My thoughts and prayers are with you. 

It broke my heart to hear of Barbie’s passing. I worked with Barbie at the Fresno District Office , California Department of Public Health. I loved Barbie’s laugh. I had so much fun at the Fresno Office Christmas Parties because of Barbie’s participation in the fun and games. Her laugh brought me so much joy.
