Carlos Wayne Baize was born July 4, 1935 in Madisonville, Kentucky. He was called home from Fresno, California on July 11, 2022. In his eighty seven years, he saw changes and advances that never ceased to amaze him. He experienced life with a fullness that many have only dreamed of and he had a story to share for every challenge, adventure, and celebration. His actions taught his children (and grandchildren and great-grandchildren) the strength and pride that came at the end of an honest day's work.
Carlos is survived by his son David Baize (Debra); his son Michael Baize; his daughter Pamela Baize; and his son Tony Baize (Carrie).
HIs next adventure is a joyful reunion with the family who has preceded him in death: his parents Eddie and Beulah (Cobb) Baize; his wife Linda Joy (Prichard) Baize; his daughter Alicia Ward, his daughter Teresa Frost, his daughter Rita Baize, and his son Keith Baize; his grandson Michael Baize Jr. and great-granddaughter Charlee Ann Ramsey.
Carlos also leaves behind 19 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren to cherish his memory.
Wayne's legacy lives on in the hearts of his family and friends.
A Visitation for Carlos will be held Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.
A Graveside Service will occur Friday, August 5, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 South Cornelia Avenue, Fresno, California 93706.
