Charles is survived by his wife, Vicki Mell; his daughter Kristine Lindley of Fresno, California; his parents Armando and Patty Ramirez of Fresno, California; his sister Dianna Vaughan of Clovis, California, his brother Jimmy Ramirez of Clovis, California, his sister Renee Dara and brother-in-law Ralph of Michigan and his sister Vicky Skym and brother-in-law Todd Skym of Michigan.
