Charlotte is survived by her husband, Everett Rice; daughter Velma Howe; daughter Sheila Lafferty; and son-in-law Rick Lafferty; grandchild Jared Rice, granddaughter in-law Ashley Rice, grandchild Samantha Howe, grandchild Jodie Howe, grandchild Dillon Howe, great grandchild Haylie Rice, great grandchild Taelynn Rice and great grandchild Levi Rice.

A Celebration of Life for Charlotte will be held Friday, July 26, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.
