Doyle Eugene McCrory

Doyle Eugene McCrory was born in Redding, Ca to his parents Eugene and Gertrude on September 30, 1942. He passed away in his home in Prather, Ca, on October 14, 2010. When he was growing up, Doyle lived in Pinedale and graduated from Clovis High School in 1961. He worked almost all of his life in construction, where he later became a foreman and ran his own business working for many contractors. On June 21, 1974, he married his caring wife Beverly, whom he had for sons with. He also had 6 grandchildren, or as he called them, his “grandbabies”. Doyle greatly enjoyed going to motocross races with his sons when they were younger and did a little bit of racing himself. He was loved by his family and friends who shared hobbies of hunting, fishing, and camping with him. Doyle, or “Papa”, was survived by his immediate family, which included his wife Beverly (of Prather, Ca), his sons Kevin (Clovis, Ca), Jeff (Prather), Wayne (Prather), and Doyle (Lancaster, Ca), his “grandbabies” Britney (Clovis), Kevin (Clovis), Courtney (Clovis), Jonnie (Prather), Kaitlyn (Lancaster), and Andrew (Lancaster), and his sister Denona (Fresno, Ca).

Psalm 23

1 The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.

2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,

he leads me beside quiet waters,

3 he restores my soul.

He guides me in paths of righteousness

for his name's sake.

4 Even though I walk

through the valley of the shadow of death,

I will fear no evil,

for you are with me;

your rod and your staff,

they comfort me.

5 You prepare a table before me

in the presence of my enemies.

You anoint my head with oil;

my cup overflows.

6 Surely goodness and love will follow me

all the days of my life,

and I will dwell in the house of the LORD
