Gail is survived by her husband, Joe H. Bell; son Richard Bell; daughter Pam Proctor; and son-in-law Chris Proctor. Gail will also be lovingly remembered by her 2 grandchildren.
A memorial service for Gail will be held Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Trinity Southern Baptist Church, 4890 E. Holland Ave, Fresno, California 93726.
