Gloria C. Marshall, a hard-working and honest individual, entered into rest on July 31, 2025, at the age of 83. She was born on November 18, 1941, in Fresno, California. Gloria spent her life making a significant impact on those around her.
Gloria was a former resident of Visalia, California, for several years and held an Associate of Arts Degree. She dedicated 20 years of her career as an Administrative Law Hearing Officer with the California Department of Motor Vehicles, where her commitment and integrity were highly valued.
She is survived by her loving husband, Don Marshall, of Fresno, California. Gloria leaves behind her son, Ronald Marshall, and his wife Stacey, of Visalia, California, and her daughter, Dawna Silva, and her husband Derek, of Clovis, California. She is also survived by her brother, John Rios, Jr., of Reedley, California, and her sisters, Rosie Meek, Margaret Scott, and Tenny Rios, all residing in Clovis, California.
Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, Nicole Jacobsma, Shane Marshall, Dshaun Marshall, and Damiya Marshall, as well as her great-grandchildren, Oliver Jacobsma, Suzanne Jacobsma, Tucker Marshall, and Turner Marshall.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, located at 929 Harvard Avenue, Clovis, California, on August 12, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Immediately followed by a Graveside Service at Clovis Cemetery, 305 North Villa Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.
Pallbearers for the service will include Derek Silva, Steve Cisneros, Aaron Jacobsma, John Munoz, Dshaun Marshall, and Craig Fearnside. Gloria will be laid to rest at Clovis Cemetery, 305 North Villa Avenue, Clovis.
The family extends a special thank you to her caregivers, Ana and Tam, from Right At Home, for their dedicated care and support.
Gloria C. Marshall will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.
