Grace Madeleine Gassett was born May 4, 1930, in New London, Connecticut, and went home to be with the Lord on December 24, 2025, at the age of 95, in Fresno, California.

Grace was preceded in death by her husband, Elisha Gassett, who passed on April 6, 2019.

Grace loved crossword puzzles and her TV shows, especially Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune. She enjoyed music of all kinds, playing Words with Friends, knitting, and cooking. Her family will remember her wonderful dinners and her chocolate chip cookies.

Grace is survived by her children, Jim Stovall (Debi), Noreen Emerzian (Roy), and Jerry Stovall; her grandchildren, Sherry Frates (Ryan), Stephanie Salvo, Lisa Gentz (Kyle), Chad Stovall (Niki), and Jason Stovall (Kaylene); and 11 great-grandchildren.

Celebration of Life at The Bridge Church 3438 East Ashlan Avenue, Fresno, Ca 2/7/26 at 11:00 AM with reception immediately following in Building E.
