Herbert Orland Spencer, age 93, of Sanger, California entered into rest on Saturday October 13, 2018. Herbert was born March 22, 1925 in Fresno, California.

Herbert is survived by; son Bob Spencer; daughter-in-law Nancy Spencer; daughter Linda Thomas; and son-in-law Frank Thomas.
