James is survived by his spouse, Mary Watts; daughter Debbie Chidester; and son David Watts.
A memorial service for James will be held Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 11:00 AM at River Park Bible Church, 7500 N. Millbrook Ave, Fresno, California 93720.
