3 years Monday, 1/8/24. BB and I are still loving and missing you,  Tommy Sund, our nephew, is with you now. I love you forever.

Well, 2 years today and still as vivid as if it were today.  Many memories of the 39 years before, happy and sad.  All good. Loving you always, Bob.  Missing you, too.  You will be in my heart forever.  Party on, Dude.


Rip Grandpa Bob. You were such an awesome guy with such a huge heart of gold. I will never forget going to your house as a kid and how happy you were to help me and my cousin Katie set up a camp site in your front yard.  Grandpa Bob's house was full of adventure and the place to be!You were so fun to be around. When you told us stories I remember being stuck on your every word.  Definitely the coolest Grandpa in my book! It meant the world to me that you rode all the way to Raymond to be there for my baby shower! Even though I didn't come from the same d.n.a. you loved me like I was anyway and that made me feel so special to you. You will truly be missed. Everytime i see a frog or drive by "tittie mountain" on the way to mono winds..and when I see a Harley go by I will think of my grandpa Bob and how special he was to me.  My heart goes out to my Mama Nay and Lisa! He is with us in spirit and will always live on in our hearts! "Hero's get remembered, but legends never die!"-The Sandlot.            Rest in Peace Grandpa Bob. We love you so much!

It is so difficult to find the words to express the love I have for my Dad and how much will miss him. My sister, Lisa and I couldn’t have asked for a more sweet, loving, kind, caring, fun and cool Dad. He was so easy going and accepting of all kinds of people and made friends easily, wherever he went. He never judged, just loved.  
He was a big fan of music and especially The Rolling Stones, Elvin Bishop, BB King and much more. We saw a lot of great shows and concerts including the Rolling Stones five times and Elvin Bishop a couple of times, and oh, what a BLAST we had!!
We had so many fun times and special memories together and that is what I am going to try to focus on but will always love and miss him.  As you would say to me often, “You are Loved”. 
I Love you Dad and you will forever live in my heart and spirit!  RIP (Ride in Peace) with the Angels. See you in my dreams.  


Did you know it can take 9 hours to get to Cayucos from Fresno? Lol, that was the 1st time we rode over with my buddy Bob! That's when I started calling him 5 Mile Bob but a fun day and more to come after that. Always a smile on his face, a big hug and great conversations. Oh and lots of beers, lol. I'm proud we were friends and love you long time. I can only imagine what you, Pat and Les are up to, the 3 Amigos. Rest well my friend, I'll sure miss you!❤

So many good memories of Bob ,we also had good times,Mike's on Sunday, Red Barn Tuttletown. Frog jumps and Sturgis 95. 
We will ride together again.

From the first time I met my pop I knew we were going to be great friends.   Bob was a true gentleman, however not much of a filter lol.  He treated everyone the same spoke his mind.  But everyone who knew Bob loved him.  He generally gave his friends a nickname myself included  "puddlepants" as a fond way  to remember you by and also a way to make you an accepted part of his fold.  We shared some great times, bike rides.  Camp outs, concerts.   Too many great times to share in one post.  Memories that will always be a part of me.  RIP my brother.  

This is John Robert (Bob) Caffee doing what he loved to do.  Riding to Sturgis on our bike 'Red'.  He was happiest when we were riding our motorcycle.  Places he loved to go Calaveras County Frog Jumps (he went for over 50 years in a row), Mikes in Friant, Cayucas, Avila, Virginia City, Hawthorne, Sturgis (5 times), Mathews HD poker runs, Tuttletown.  One of his favorite sayings was:  "If it ain't raining, I ain't riding." And, he did ride.  He is riding now with Pat and Les Holmes, and so many others.  Going to miss you greatly, Bob.
