I wanted to share my condolences to the family.  I met Karen through Lori Esparza and played Bunco with the group and enjoyed Karen so much.   I got the pleasure of spending the weekend with all the Bunco girls up at Brenda’s cabin and we all had such a fun time...good memories!   She was a wonderful lady.  Always so sweet and very kind.  She will be missed by many💞

Karen had an infectious smile and a wonderful personality! I didn't see her a lot, but when I did....she always had a smile -- I really enjoyed talking to her. I know she touched many hearts and will be dearly missed. However, as was said at the graveside service, this is not 'good-bye', just 'see you later'! I love that -- it is so true....the comfort of knowing, as a Christian, that I will see Karen again is a blessing! Looking forward to many more talks with Karen in heaven....

To the family of Mrs. Davis,
I was a student at Steinbeck Elementary when Mrs. Davis served as V.P. there. She was the best V.P. I knew. I use to love hoping on the golf car when she'd ride around school and as a young child it seemed like we were speeding. Although it has been many years since I've seen her, I have often over the years thought of her. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of her transition from Earth to Heaven! ~ Damar D. Met  and worked with Karen at Polk Elementary several years ago.  I just LOVE this GIRL💓. She had so much passion and compassion  for children and ALL people— she LOVED living and making a difference in this world for others. KAREN will always be a TREASURE in the heart and mind of those who had the joy and privilege of knowing her. 
ETERNAL LIFE IN HEAVEN for my sweet friend💓 (She will always be “present” in my life—-that’s just how deeply knowing her is for me—-💓)

Karen was full of fun. I met Karen through Lori Esparza. We also played Bunco together for many years. We had a lot of laughs. Ate good food and enjoyed some great  memories. I remember when Karen was taking time to see her daughter on a trip I believe it was Costa Rico, and I missed a bunco and asked how her trip went. She went the year prior to Israel, so I think as I told Karen...dog taken care on check, plants will be watered..check, etc. opps my passport expired, no!! In fact when I asked the question at the next Bunco I attended, how was your trip? Most of the Bunco girls signaled...don’t ask, but unfortunately I said it too fast. We had a laugh about it later.                             
Karen, it was such a privilege to call you my friend. I will so miss you and our Bunco family will have a hole without your and the joy you brought to a room. Your friendship with Lori was priceless that not too many people are blessed with.  My blessings and God’s peace to know Karen walks with Jesus and we will all meet again!

The entire Walker family sends their continued prayers to all of you--Rick, Lisa, Whitney, Kramer, Kassidy, and Kolton have so many memories of all the wonderful times as all of you kids grew up together....playing at the Monte Vista Park every evening....birthdays, holidays, family celebrations...and then as  everyone attended different elementary schools, competing in dance and baseball and other sports....keeping in contact through high school...and finally new memories being created as you all started your families....Karen, Shelli and I bringing our grandchildren(your little loves) to the same Monte Vista Park where it all started...we will always share the  sorrow for your loss of an incredible Mom and woman gone way too soon .
