He attended John Walsh and Lone Star Elementary schools and graduated from Sanger High School in 1974. He then went on to Nursing school at Fresno State University and received his bachelor's degree in Nursing. Keith started working at Fresno Community Hospital as a Red Coat Volutenner and then was hired in Surgery as an Orderly. When he became an RN he worked on the orthopedic floor for a few years and then went back home to surgery, his true love. He became supervisor of the operating room and worked extremely hard. After, Keith pursued another selfless career and received his K-12 Teaching Degree. He taught for several years and then worked as a paraprofessional working with autistic children.
Keith married Margaret, his best friend and love of his life when they were both 22. Keith and Margaret were married for 39 years and were inseparable. They have a son Kevin, and daughter Julie, who were the loves of his life. They brought him so much love and laughter and was incredibly proud of both of them.
Keith was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents and his father, Marvin.
Keith is survived by his wife Margaret, his sister Jan and brother in law, Fred, his mother Betty , his son Kevin and girlfriend Whitney, and daughter Julie.
Keith was a loving husband, outstanding father, son, and friend to so many. He will be dearly missed.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Avenue, Clovis, CA 93612.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 8, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at New Hope Community Church, 4620 E. Nees Avenue, Clovis, CA 93612. A Committal Service will be held immediately following Funeral Service at Clovis Cemetery, 305 N. Villa Avenue, Clovis, CA 93612.
