Lorraine was born in Fresno, CA on February 2, 1930 to Gustaf and Alma Carlson. She attended Roosevelt High School and worked at Pacific Bell before marrying her childhood friend, Lowell Hedstrom. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, who gave love unconditionally.
Lorraine worked at Pacific Gardens in the admitting department for over 30 years, advocating for her patients and their families. After her retirement, at the age of 93, she volunteered at St. Agnes Medical Center continuing her service to those facing surgery.
Lorraine loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and served him from her early childhood until her last day on this earth.
Lorraine is survived by many family members who will miss her and cherish the memories they shared.
A graveside service will be held Friday, August 25, 2023 at 12:00 PM at Clovis Cemetery District, 305 N Villa Ave, Clovis, CA 93612.
