Marion was born in Clovis, California on June 15, 1928. He was a graduate of Clovis High School and Four C's Business College. Marion served in the United States Army and was stationed in Korea. He retired from Case International (a farm equipment company). He enjoyed spending time with his family, woodworking, working outdoors and gardening. He touched many lives with his kind, caring and patient way. He will be forever, missed.
Marion is survived by his wife, Donna Sassano; three sons; son Myron Sassano (girlfriend Tammy Reynolds); son Bryan Sassano (wife Linda); and son Daryn Sassano (wife Michelle); grandchild Anthony Sassano, grandchild Marisa Sassano, grandchild Michael Sassano and grandchild Brandon Sassano.
Marion was preceded in death by; father Marion Anthony Sassano, Sr. and mother Marie Sassano.
A Visitation for Marion will be held Friday, March 20, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.
A Graveside Service will occur Saturday, March 21, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Clovis Cemetery, 305 North Villa Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.
