Melvin Wayne Bridges

Wayne was a true professional and a legend of the auto sales industry. His commitment to honesty, integrity and hard work was the secret to his success. In almost 50 years in the industry he rose through the ranks in great fashion and his multiple achievements and awards are too many to list. He was most proud to be awarded Professional Sales Association - Platinum Membership, the highest achievement available. The men and women he mentored have become leaders in the industry today.

All who met Wayne came to know him as a gentle and fun loving man. His care of those around him morphed his customers and colleagues into life long friends, and his friends into family. Through decades long relationships came the shared wedding invitations, birth announcements and other life celebrations.

Wayne was the rock of his family. His quiet strength and quick wit kept them on their toes, but also grounded as he exemplified the importance of honesty, integrity, hard work, love of family and generosity to always give freely a helping hand when you can. His love of laughter and the necessity he gave to being together in all of life's shared moments will live on in his children and grandchildren.

Daughters - Sonya Bridges married to Eric Nicolaides, Lynea Bridges married to Chris Adams, Kathrine Marshall married to Shawn Marshall & Lynette Hernandez married to Mario Hernandez. Siblings - Danny Bridges, Wanda Tratar married to Bob Tratar, Donna Jones, Franklin Bridges & Steven Bridges. Granddaughters - Alexandria Bridges soon to be married to Zachary Rose, Arianna Cerda, Makayla Marshall, & Maci Marshall. Grandsons - Shawn England married to Krissy England, Dustin Thompson, Lincoln Adams, Trevor Adams, Adan Cerda, Mark Hernandez & Luke Hernandez. Great Grandchild - Kaydence England.
