Shirley Ann Nelson

Shirley was born on June 8, 1939 in Merced, California to James and Verba Webb. She worked as a receptionist at Weight Watchers for over 23 years. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Shirley passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on September 8, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her parents James and Verba Webb, her grandchildren; Samantha Lee Nelson and Jonathan James Nelson.

Shirley is survived by her husband of 58 years, Louie Nelson of Fresno, their sons; Brian Nelson with his wife Janet , and Brett Nelson with his wife Beverly her brother Rothwell “Rocky” Webb with his wife Shirley. She also leaves behind her grandchildren; Anna Mae Nelson and Amanda Nelson.

Visitation will be held at Boice Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Graveside services will be held at Oak Grove Cemetery on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.
