Ashley Reney Rodriguez

There are no words that can truly capture this loss. Ashley was a devoted and loving mother to her two children, Evianna and Emilio, who were the center of her world. She loved them with all her heart, and that love was evident in everything she did. Being their mother was her greatest joy and purpose.

Ashley had a beautiful soul, a radiant smile, and a laugh that left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her. She brought warmth and comfort to those around her and gave so much of herself to the people she loved. She had a spontaneous spirit and enjoyed spending time at the beach, making memories with her family and children, arts and crafts, fishing, cooking, make up, music, and had a love for her pets and other animals.

Ashley is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Julio Tijerina.

She leaves behind her precious children, Evianna and Emilio Almanza; her mother, Cristina Tijerina; her father, Jose David Rodriguez Jr. ; her sister, Alexis Tijerina Gomez (Damian)and their children; her brothers, Raul Rocha (Yuliana), David Rodriguez (Brandi), Romeo Rodriguez and their children; her step-sister Kayleigh DeLeon; her maternal grandmother, Irma Tijerina; her paternal grandparents, Jose David Sr. and Josefina Rodriguez; and the father of her children, Edwin Almanza. She is also lovingly Remembered by many extended family members and friends.

While our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that Ashley is now at peace and welcomed into the arms of the Lord. The love she gave so freely will continue to live on through her children and all who knew her. She will be deeply missed, always loved, and never forgotten.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 24th from 5-8 PM. Funeral services will take place on

Saturday, April 25th at 10 AM with burial to follow. Both visitation and funeral services will take place at Restwood Funeral Home in Clute, TX.

Pallbearers will be Jose David Rodriguez Sr., Jose David Rodriguez Jr., Raul Rocha, Romeo Rodriguez, Danny Rodriguez, Eric Rodriguez, Jimmy Rodriguez, and Edwin Almanza.

Honorary Pallbearers are David Rodriguez, Johnny Covington, and Jereth Gama Jones.
