Manuel was born to Maria Medina on December 20th, 1959 in Weslaco Texas, raised in Donna Texas (The Valley)
Manuel worked for 39 years at Reviana Foods, also known as (America Rice Inc).
Manuel loved to always surround himself with his favorite people in the world which was his family, and while doing so he loved to always BBQ and have a great time while having a ice cold Miller Lite in his hand.
Children- (Hector, Brenda, Manuel Jr., Adolfo). Mother- (Maria). Sisters- (Irene, Juana). Brother- (Daniel). Grandchildren-(Jocelyn, Shannelle, Jazmyn, Evelynn, Alfredo Jr., Vivian, Noah, Penelope, Johnathan, Ivy, Nicholas).
Serving as pallbearers are Hector, Manuel Jr., Adolfo, Jose, Alfredo, Gerardo, Alfredo Jr., Noah, Daniel.
