Born in Haiti, Anocta moved to Miami in 1972 and has resided in Brevard County since 1977. He worked in the construction industry for KWI.
Mr. Noel attended the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Rockledge, FL. He loved sports and enjoyed watching sporting events.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Veus and Steloude Noel. Mr. Noel is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years, Venice; five sons: Riguet, St. Hubert, Nobert, Howard, and Marvin Noel; three daughters: Miralta and Veronne Noel, and Shana Noel-Ferrell; one step-son: Dave Dubidat; three step-daughters: Andrea and Coleen Dubidat and Audrey Hamilton; 35 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
A visitation will be held Thursday, February 18 from 6-8PM at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home and also Friday, February 19 from 10-11AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints followed by the service at 11AM. Interment will follow services at Brevard Memorial Park.
