Barbara G. Mullins

Barbara will be lovingly remembered by her husband Silas Mullins Jr. of 58 years. Mother to Kenneth Neff, Barbie Mullins Cross, Katrina Mullins, and Gabrielle (Mullins) Green (daughter/granddaughter). Grandma to Alyssa and Kenny Neff, and Mickey Green Jr. Beloved Mamaw to Mickey III, Micai, Miles, Mila, Tyler and Mickayla Green, and Levi Cecil Neff. Great Great Mamaw to Ma’Lani Brown. Sister to Billy Wells (deceased), John Wells and Shirley Thompson.

Predeceased by Cecil Wells and Merylin Thames, and stepmother Phyllis Wells. Barbara was born in Dayton, Ohio and moved to Port St. John, Florida with her husband in 1968.

Barbara loved gardening and spending time with her loved ones, family and friends. She was a member of the Eastern Star organization and member of the First Baptist Church of Merritt Island. She and her husband bought their home in 1999, and she retired from Publix after 30 years, followed by retiring as a School Bus Driver for Brevard County Public schools after 17 years. She was very active with the community, church, and making memories with her family and friends.

Friends and family will be received at Wylie Baxley Funeral Home, 1360 N. Courtenay Pkwy, Merritt Island, FL 32953) on Friday, December 19, 2025 from 10-11am with burial to follow at Brevard Memorial Park, 320 Spring St. Cocoa, FL 32927.
