Brenita served in the Marine Corps., worked as a Sergeant of Communications at the Brevard County Sheriffs Department and retired from Telecommunications at KSC.
Brenita was predeceased in death by her husband (Wayne Leroy Hitchcock) her parents and 2 brothers.
Her surviving family members are, Sister Myra Alice Hitchcock, 5 daughters, Diana Lee Hitchcock, Katherine Lee Hitchcock-Beverly, Sherry Louise Hitchcock-Huber, Louisa Marie Hitchcock-Porpora and Maria Kathleen Hitchcock-Goddard, 12 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
Her service will be Sat. Feb. 2nd 2021 at Brevard Mermorial Funeral Home 5475 N. U.S. Hwy. 1 Cocoa Fl. 32927. Family can start arriving at 12:30pm, Public viewing will be from 1pm – 2pm and Chapel services are at 2pm.
